Appointments

General Information
 

• The first session is a FREE consultation and will be between 10 and 15 minutes in length. (Donations are accepted.)
• Any subsequent sessions will start on the hour and last approximately 45-50 minutes.
• Charged for the full hour, so I do the Admin afterwards.
• The whole session costs £60 (Concessional Discounts are available)
  
• Please ensure that you are ready a couple of minutes before the start time, by following the scheduled booking email guidance.
• Allow time to install the video conferencing software before the session, if you have not already done so. This should not take too long.

Video conferencing platforms available: Zoom and Skype. (In case of technical difficulties, please reply to booking confirmation email.)

• Any Face to Face sessions are £20+ to agreed charge depending on location and travel time, even if discounted.

How to Book



• Please use the form on the Contacts page to request an appointment.
• Please include your preferred contact time within the opening times listed on  that page.
• During the initial consultation, the service level agreement for your needs will be discussed as well as confidentiality. 

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit covering 20% of the full amount is required once confirmation of booking is given.
• Bookings must be full paid for 36 hours prior to the session starting (36 hours before the first session for bulk bookings), or as soon as practically possible for bookings made within 36 hours of the start time.
