 Ethical Statement

 * The company SLA-Counselling operates out of the UK and abides by UK Laws

 * Professional Liability is based on operating the business from the UK.

 * All sessions, except by special arrangement, are held via secure video link for the safety and security of both the client and the company.

 * Confidentiality is assured and abides by UK Safeguarding Guidelines for Counsellors.

 * Where something is said or witnessed during the session breaks UK Safeguarding, then this will be addressed at the time.

 * Equality is assured in line with the UK Equality Act 2010.

 * Ethical Framework based on that supported by Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists

    organisation (ACCPH) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

 Confidentiality Statement

 * No details will be held about a given contact without their authorisation.

 * Sessions may be recorded for company use only and not given or shared with a third party.

 * Counsellors have to have Supervision, key points may be discussed.  At such times, items discussed will not be able to identify you.

 * UK Data Protection laws followed.
